Paintings On Board

These paintings have developed through a growing interest in the layering of paint and the often luminous effects of revealing layers by scratching through the top surfaces. The paintings are all created on a gesso ground to enhance the richness of colour. These paintings have all been created in response to the quality of light, colour and textures within the South Norfolk landscape
